Eurotrash Kitchen is a personal, nostalgic exploration of food, feeling, and existence. It’s not about recipes or instruction; it's about evocation and the emotional textures we attach to what we eat and how we live. It's the fleeting comfort of a plate photographed like a memory. Cooking is a metaphor for life. We put all this effort into making the meal, and in the end, we eat it all up until nothing's left. Just a couple of empty plates.
I create this content for myself, to hold on to something tender in a chaotic world. It’s a quiet, defiant act of making something even when it feels futile. I often question the purpose of writing, of cooking, of caring... But then, I have people coming over for dinner, and there’s a baby bunny living in my backyard, and life on earth is, however brief, however tortured, still here.
